Join us on Capitol Hill for a Halloween party to never be remembered! Music, costumes, and drinks, drinks, drinks, you can ring in All Saints Day by being anything but saintly.
MUSIC: DJ Killa B will be playing the Halloween hits starting at 9pm.
COSTUME CONTEST: Hold nothing back when it comes to your Halloween costume. Whether ghastly or glam, you could win $75, $50 or $25 in prize money for the having one of the top three costumes, as judged by DJ Killa B.
JELL-O SHOTS: Get your super creepy jell-o shots, one of $3 or two for $5.
