Destination Weird
The team over at Destination Weird took over the bar to shoot this commercial, reminiscent of the 1980s-era show Solid Gold. Each week, from 1980 to 1988, Solid Gold would cover the week’s Top 10 pop songs, feature musical guests, and unlike its show rivals Soul Train and American Bandstand, included choreographed dance routines for each song by their own in-house professional dancers. The Totally Solid Gold Dancers are like Solid Gold dialed up to 11.
